Payment
At this time we are only accepting payments through PayPal. PayPal enables you to make purchases with your Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Account. You will not be providing your financial information to Whimsical Style, but rather to a secure site which handles over 100 million accounts.
Taxes
We collect 8.25% California sales tax.
Shipping
We offer USPS and UPS Shipping Service.
Special Order/Custom-Made Items
All items which indicate "Special Order" are custom-made and are NON-RETURNABLE unless it was damaged or defective.
Return/Exchang Policies
All custom orders are final. No returns or exchanges
will be given on custom orders. For non-custom orders you may return or exchange
the item(s) within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is in resalable condition
and has not been used, washed, or damaged. All returns and exchanges must be
shipped directly to Whimsical Style. Please contact us for
a return authorization number and a mailing address. Any unauthorized returns
will not be accepted. Shipping cost will not be refunded. A refund (less shipping cost) will be credited to your paypal account within 5 business days after we receive the merchandise.
